Treat everyone with kindness. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour. We are here for connection and joy. If you are rude towards the staff or guests, then you will have to leave. You will NOT be provided with a refund either.
Punctuality
Speed dating relies on everyone being ready at the same time. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to check in and grab a drink.
ID & Age Verification
All events have specific age brackets. Please bring valid photo identification to the event to verify your eligibility for entry.
Tickets & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled event or service.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us with your booking details within the required time frame.
We reserve the right to review and approve refund requests at our discretion.
Safety & Conduct
Follow all venue specific rules and host instructions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive to others.
Photography & Privacy
To protect member privacy, no unauthorized photography or recording is permitted during the matching rounds. Respect our shared space.
Late - No Shows
Frequent no-shows or extreme lateness disrupt the matching balance for everyone else and may affect your ability to participate in the future.

• Tickets & Refunds: No refunds, unless if the event is cancelled. Cancellations require 72 hours' notice for credit.
• Photography: Respect privacy. No photos of other guests without explicit consent.
• Conduct: Any guest appearing overly intoxicated will be asked to leave without a refund.
